Sooo this is Uruth Kess, one of the chromatic dragons, which Biotech's part. He's always expressionless, blank, and speaks in a monotone voice.
He wears ninja-like pants and every gas of the periodic table, minus chlorine, is written in japanese... or I'd say... Tayioese. LAST TIME I CHECKED, JAPANESE SYMBOLS ARE NOT COPYRIGHTED.
On his torso, it's written "smoke". Everything's because he controls every type of gas of the periodic table, minus chlorine, and he can create smoke-like stuff to make "smoke grenades" or "smoke bombs". He can also turn into black smoke... to quickly leave an area or infiltrate a building. Mixed with Saroo's powers, he can become a sentient tornado.
