MRD-000 Improved Effect
There's no way such a difficult-to-summon monster is worth being a Secret Rare if it has nothing else after you Summon it so I provided an alternate method and a bonus effect if you opt to go the extra mile. It'd still be harmless as the ways to bring it out were still not easy.
