The Sea-Devil
This was a full artistic liberty suit, the only specifications were "Aquatic dragon, based on a lionfish" and "Make it red". So here he is, the emaciated lord of his near-extinct peoples, the prince of tides. Or as sailors know him, the sea-devil. Capsizer of ships and drowner of men, he punishes all whom enter his watery realm.
