What drives someone's muse can be the most absurd thing, I put on poppy stuff on occasion if the fancy suits me, and I have yet to hear complaints on the results, if someone doesn't like my music, they can always hit mute and put on their own, it won't hurt anything.

There's a difference between criticism and opinion, 'This music sucks! here's 20 links to what I consider good even though no one asked for it!' is not a criticism.
