WtV: Yavannah the kindergarden nurse
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
Jessica Reiland made this lovely picture of the kindergarden nurse Yavannah for me.
Yavannah is a young lioness of Tehuioy. Whilst she is considered bubbly and at times overly enthusiastic, her gentleness and devotion to all small and weak creatures is so intense that both fenwas and zebras feel at ease placing their children under her care.
With the arrival of the human children, a new chapter in Yavannahs life begun:
After having adopted two human babes, she decided she wants to leave her mark in history by writing a book on the nurture and raising of humans. Maybe because of being small for her kind at barely 6ft / 1.80m, she easily made friends of the more mature of the human girls, learning what they know about raising human babies and writing it down into a comprehensive book.
As she serves as wetnurse at the kindergarden, it came natural to her to take the mother-role for the two human babes.
Here we see her standing at the railing of the sun-roof of the kindergarden, waiting patiently for the first cubs to be delivered to her.
