Actually, Tarot has nothing to do with Christianity, and therefore nothing to do with Satan, although some decks (e.g., Rider-Waite) try to include Christian symbols into their images. As Carl Jung pointed out, the symbols themselves predate any form of codified religion; instead, they are linked to the universal unconscious, and the cards speak to us by suggesting paths that we have already considered but not yet brought into our conscious mind. The cards are an excellent tool for exploring the nature of what some call God through the nature of the sapient bicameral mind. I've read Tarot for some 40 years now; it's a fascinating art.
