I didn't even know about this cartoon until I was 19, but it instantly became my all-time favorite cartoon. I had discovered it after a long period of hating cartoons; then I discovered The Real Ghostbusters, Sonic SatAM, X-Men: The Animated Series, and rewatched TMNT. I also watched Power Rangers at the time, but I digress, that's not animated.

I developed a newborn optimism late after I concluded the spring of my freshman year of college. There's been some zig-zagging, but I'm at a point in my life where I come across so many things that I like that there's no way of investing in them all. Eek! the Cat came into my life when I had a very grim view of cartoons, and other people's work in general, and for that, it earns golden standing in my repertoire of tastes.
