That is so friggen cool! At first i thought it was a dragon type Mewtwo, but now that I know he's an Ice-type, it still makes him so badass! I love it!

I was gonna make him dragon type but then I didnt wanna take away his psychic typing. But in a way, you can say he's still dragon themed too. That's just my default info for him. xD
