Right, so I've recently been on a huge Rush kick for the past while, and I decided to learn this song... Obviously I'm no Geddy Lee heh... Anyways, I hope this is at least roughly passable lol. Enjoy, hopefully I'll get better at it and post a better cover with my new amp (still waiting on it, this is through my little practice amp once again). YYZ is copyright to Rush, and whomever else holds the copyright ha ha.

When someone on a furry site says they're going to play YYZ on the bass (I mean REALLY play it, with their fingers), I assume it's going to be a complete train wreck.

Hehe well thanks! Yeah I play with fingers... Because I am absolutely hopeless with a pick lol, just can't get it right, I don't really know why so many people say fingers are harder... I guess it's what you learn with though. Glad to surprise ya, props to you too for liking Rush! This was by no means clean ha ha, I'll have to work more on this obviously, hopefully post a better one some time. Thanks again though!

Yeah, was just watching some Rush interviews on YouTube, apparently YYZ is the call code for the Pearson International Airport in Toronto, and the band used to go up flying in little planes, and every time they came close to the airport that rhythm would come through the speakers. They thought it was cool, so they snagged it and made it a song lol.
