Alt Norah, Lady Death.. is the product of an event that went wrong. So instead of the geeky gamer, she turned into a sadistic bitch who is owner/warden/executioner of a turian prison on a Palaven moon. Torturing those committed there and personally executing them.
Prison is high security that her family owns and turian government don't have much interest in. A mostly death row prison.
