The proportion seems a bit off in the legs, could use a bit more value and the shading is a bit off. Other than that it's shows you have potential. Just a few things I would recommend.

-Create your own background. It looks like she's floating in the one you have, and it just doesn't match with the way you drew her.
-More value! Don't be afraid of going too dark or too light. You can always go back and fix that since it's digital.
-Some of the line work can be taken out, such as the fluff end of the tail and the rear leg. The shading does the work for ya.
