And Kingdra ruled theunderwater paradise, watchful of the boats and fishermen, mindful of the bikers along the ways. He watched as his pokemon friends swam and smiled and lived to the fullest in their safe aquatic kingdom. Every so often, one of the water-dwellers would be caught; if it happened to be by a fisher, trainer, or anyone else that the Kingdra deemed unworthy, unfit, or simply not kind and loving enough to take one of his friends, he would, with much show and many splendorous theatrics, emerge from the waters to rescue his ally and send the would-be Pokeowner away, never to return. At least without proper apologies and obeisances.

I had started with a -very- vague notion of "I wonder if anyone has made a decent Kingdra gijinka . . ." and wound up starting this piece using a google seearch reference. (P.S. They have thought of it before. 6//w//^

I made some personal aesthetic choices and wound up with more of an anthro Kingdra than a gijinka one, but I am very pleased with how it turned out. ^///w///^
