A beautiful shot of one of my favorite species. Everything about this photo makes me want to try to reach into my computer to hug them. Nice to see Lycaon Pictus getting some love. :)

Of the various zoos to which I go, I would say that Erie Zoo's exhibit of African Wild Dogs is the best for viewing them.

They have these at Toledo, but the pen is most easily visible from their silly train ride, and shooting through the fence is nearly impossible.

I /might/ have gotten one halfway decent shot at Toledo. It is not a good setup for the photographer.
