Conventional kobold tactics for facing an average armoured human soldier;
Four combat trained kobolds, ideally at least one of which a veteran scout and one expereinced soldier, all armed and as heavily armoured as possible.
At least two wielding billhook polearms and two with shields. All with narrow/armour penetration daggers as sidearms.
The soldiers focus on stonewalling the human while seeking to damage the human's legs, the scouts focus on securing the hooks to any armour straps or, failing that, any loose material and all kobolds then drag the human off his or her feet, then proceed to inflict as much damage as possible before the human gets help.

Grigori vs Lalep; human is a veteran dragonhunter with scores of kobold deaths under his belt and several dragons (as part of a hunting party) vs one novice scout with no armour, one makeshift sword, one penetration dagger, one newly realised spell. Not shown; more guts/internal balls than sense.
