Oh I am fully aware that the females have no crest. All the females (that I know of) in the FA turian community and Merp community have the crest. We just like the look better is all :) To compensate I usually make some features of female Turians more girlish. Like smaller jaws and such :)

The female Turian in the comic was so fugly hahahahha. I can't even describe her, so bad XD And I agree it makes them look odd.
