Admiral Yukiomaru Arekusanda and the artificial intelligence Fury, which is a copy of the young prodigy's mind, are the commanding officers of the flagship, Drach'n Fury. The artificial intelligence chose Yukiomaru Arekusanda's form because the program is having difficulties adjusting to his new life. The AI doesn't seem to bother himself by digitally designing clothes, and uses the excuse that doesn't need to wear clothes because he's the commanding officer of the ship. Maybe the programming isn't so perfected yet then.
