Ensign McFuffelbum
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
*A sketch of Ensign McFuffelbum, made moments before his departure on the ill-fated away-team mission to the surface of Proctaron 7.*
~~~
Played superfight with some friends earlier this week, and I absolutely wrecked all with this card combo:
Saber Toothed tiger,
In a spacesuit,
10 of them.
Through my superior powers of bullshittery, I basically ended up with my ten Tigers being space cat people from the planet Fochtuine, and they were wearing hard-case vac-suits with clawed gloves.
A hyperintelligent cowboy with sonic screams almost beat me, but one of my cats managed to escape.
We almost rolled dice to see who won, but he made a poor decision that killed him, but not poor Ensign McFuffelbum, the last surviving member of the away team from the starship *Deergod Above.*
Captain James T. Mittens will be sorely missed, as will chief science officer Fluffy, head engineer Muffins, and the first officer, Mr. Pickles. The other five deceased were redshirts whose names were quickly forgotten, but their deaths at the hands, cold iron guns, and steel lasso of the hyperintelligent cowboy of Proctaron 7 will still haunt Ensign McFuffelbum for the rest of his career.
...
Aaaanywho...
This guy was so amusing that he's returned for numerous rounds of Superfight, whenever I have the freedom to do something cat-related. The culture of the sabertooth space-cats of Fochtuine is actually fairly developed and fleshed out now, as it was fun to have a character who would show up and act in a predictable manner in a game that is supposed to be random.
Other crew members of the *Deergod Above* have been created spontaneously from card combinations as well... so, more to come, very soon.
If you have never played Superfight, I recommend finding the game and giving it a go. It's fantastic! An excellent creativity exercise, and great practice for on-the-fly bullshitting. Lol.
Anywho, as always, lemme know what you think!
This was very new to me in so many ways... so I'd appreciate any thoughts or opinions... please...
~
About thirty minutes of drawing spread across a few hours of playing a card game, with 0.7mm HB mechanical pencil on Canson Fanboy illustration paper.
