There's actually alot going on in the background here. First you'd have to look at my first coloring job on this picture (http://sofurry.com/page/137334/user), used a certain brush on photoshop for the rain, which ended up being the rainbow sheen in the background^_^ The splashes on the window was another brush style, but it got blown up and scattered=P A lot of technical stuff I accomplished by messing around hehe
