Cover art for "Resonance"

* RESONANCE - This is a commissioned image that was drawn for flarestarfire who is a musician friend of mine that has just released his latest album. There are 14 tracks in all and the songs are hosted here. - http://www.shirerecords.com/
The artwork took a bit longer than planned because the original version of this image was supposed to have fog in it. When I added the fog I wasn't happy with the results, a lot of the background was lost. I discarded that plan and went with the "Plan B" version which turned out a lot better than the primary. The image is set in a Zen garden with the two figures that represent Flare's animal identities, white horse, black ram ( a Yin and Yang thing.) The water is rippled by waves that represent sound emanating from the front hooves of each animal figure. The way I see it is that the water could represent a keyboard. Each animal could be Flare's hands or arms that touch that keyboard to produce the sound ripples.
Digital media on this one with a fair amount of fussing thrown in.
