"People fear what they don't understand.  Its not an unnatural reaction.  But the best way to deal with that fear is to make it understandable.  Break it down, show them how it works.  My culture fears arcanism, preferring to rely instead on divinity.  But they're both forms of magic, and ultimately, magic is a means to an end.  A tool.  The moral responsibility is with how it's used."
