"Prototype F-22-Phoenix, no other plane can match it in speed or firepower, built with the material and weaponry of the alien oppressors, only she can pilot this first and only defense against them. She alone takes off in a rush of screaming engines and only she has ever shot them down. She maintains it herself, knowing every inch of her sky-born machine even more than its designers. Let neither's beauty fool you, they're both natural aces."
An immense amount of work and frustration, this picture came out today during one of my worst depression spikes, and only thanks to a 2 minute song I looped the entire time to keep this image in my head as I tried to draw it. This is without doubt my most complex piece, and it was a stretch of my normal brush and style to get it complete. I'm amazed I even got it done.
I'm both sad and proud because I want these sudden depressions to go away, but they also give me the chance to break out of them with moments like this. I apologize for my soap-boxing, and I do hope people find this picture interesting. It took all day to do, and many references and re-do's to make it happen. Thank you as always for your time and views.
If anyone would like to have the picture, just note me about it and something can get worked for a fair price. If not, she'll remain in my hangar for viewing pleasure, and for the Veteran's of our military. o7
