Drive them home, but stop at every gas station on the way back and pretend to fill up. Then ask them for $40 to pay for the gas. Take the long route, and you might make $400 or more in a single night.
Afterwards, drop them off at a random house or, better yet, their bosses' house at 3 AM. When the police call to have you come bail them out, say you never heard of them.

Seriously, you might want to rethink the friendship if this happens on a regular basis and you are not getting anything from it. I suspect you would be able to find other people to hang out with if you wanted a change.
