Pft. Somebody really needs to do their homework. Popular culture has furry fandom beat on this by a huge margin.

Most hilarious bit of hate I ever got was while wearing my ears in a shopping center. Some random woman asked me if I was "One of those animal-people lovers" to which I responded, "If you mean a Furry, then yes." She then proceeded to scream at the top of her lungs and accuse me of being (actual quote) "A homosexual pedophillic animal rapist".

And the best part of all this? She was tackled to the ground and escorted away by security moments later, and I got a free gift card and the assurance that she would be banned from the center for life. Just goes to show, Haters can hate, but that doesn't mean other will tolerate...them...yeah.
