Doesn't look like Sandy Cheeks from SpongeBob Squarepants? I think it is your own version of SpongeBob SquarePants character Sandy Cheeks, isn't it? The similarities between Sandy Heart and Sandy Cheeks are uncanny.

that's pretty much the case. I wanted a character like Sandy Cheeks but i wasn't going to just use Sandy Cheeks. Sandy Heart is like many an OC inspired by Character I like.
