1. If you can use a tripod with this camera, do so. It allows you better control of composition and reproducible shots. You can also use slower shutter speeds without camera motion blur.
2. Turn off the flash.This is not too bad, but there is a hot spot on the door. Using an LED ring light or better a main and fill lights will give you better lighting, and you can set it up to better match your subject. You can also move the lights around to get the illumination and shadows that you want.
Just a little something to think about. You do not need top-of-the-line equipment, but a few dollars could go a long way to improving your diorama shots.

Even more importantly, do not stop learning. I just went through several videos to learn how to better setup my camera and came away with at least ten things I can do better and more that I need to consider despite owning the camera for years.
