Chibi Tannim by Kuhai - 2013
https://www.furaffinity.net/user/kuhai drew this for me some time back. Tannim looks pretty cute there in his dark pants and only somewhat lighter t-shirt. The background looks a bit like a game background. Maybe even a megaman boss robot display background where they stand and pose while the colors flash behind them. He could be a villain if he wanted to!
