He was fun to design, but a bitch to color, what with trying to figure out what colors I wanted him to be. I had an idea, but I didn't know exactly what I was looking for, and after fiddling around, I found something I liked.

Anyway, I wanted another character like Jason, the whole mammal/reptile thing really appeals to me, so I decided to make Blake.

What can I say about him? Well, he's a pretty chill dude, down to earth, quiet, but social when he wants to be or it's called for, loyal, and perhaps playful when the mood strikes him.

He's also a dhampir; a human/vampire hybrid. However, he's mostly human with some vampiric traits; such traits being the fangs (retractable even) red eyes, (he wears contacts to hide them when he's out in public). He's also stronger than a mortal, but not as strong as a pure blooded vampire. As far as he's concerned, he doesn't know how to use hypnosis, and he definitely knows he can't transform into anything.

And due to his vampiric heritage, his pulse is pretty low, so it'd be hard to locate it should it be necessary. And because of his low blood pressure, he gets cold pretty easily, so he's really not a fan of the colder weather when it comes around.

Since he's more human then vamp, his regenerative abilities are pretty lackluster. He can't heal automatically. Only way he could heal was if he drank blood. And while I'm on that, he only drinks blood once a month, it still being a necessity to him.

Aaaand now I'm sort of just rambling now, so I'll just end what I've said here.

Also, the cat demon looking guy is his boyfriend, but I'm not against drawing Blake with other dudes when I feel like drawing porn, and whenever I get around to drawing him in such situations. :B
