Haro the Guide (remake)
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
This is the last of my white characters, and the one I unfortunately couldn't add in D.E1's version of White as Snow.
Haro is what's known as a Guide of Lusceonis. In the Retcan society, leaders, presidents, kings or such don't exist, as they all work together in harmony to keep their society strong, happy and also to keep their planet as healthy as possible. No Retcan does this by obligation, but because they feel inside the drive to be one as a species.
These Retcan Guides willingly manage different aspects of their society, to ensure everyone's safety and that everything is done efficiently. This might sound as being as leader, but in essence, they don't see themselves as a figure of authority at all. They just perform a task as any other Retcan. Guides must be very wise and experienced Retcans as they are in charge of, well, guiding large groups. This is very complicated to explain in this description, but I hope I've given the basic idea.
This drawing also gives an idea of a Retcan outfit. This variant is often used in the tropical Lusceonis Alpha. The cloth is very light to avoid any overheating. In Lusceonis Beta, this type of loincloth is much thicker, and it's used together with a tight pair of what seems to be shorts. That variant can be seen in one of my drwings were Silver appears with her family in the frozen planet. It is important to mention that Retcans don't dress themselves to cover their "nudity" as this concept does not exist in their society. In Lusceonis Beta it does help protect from the harsh cold though. For Retcans, attire is nothing more than a fashion thing, and due to the Retcan's having a liking for crafting all sorts of things, the proudly wear them. Some Retcans might opt not to even wear the loincloth at all and no one would mind.
There is a thing Retcans love more than clothing (well, loincloths) and that is jewelry and precious metals. In this pic we see Haro wearing gold, silver and platinum jewelry. However, it is important to mention as well, that this does not denotes status of any kind. As a matter of fact, these things have no monetary value whatsoever, as such social model of exchanging goods for other goods, or services does not exist. He could very well give his necklace to anyone walking on the beautiful streets of Luscenis, make one himself, or someone else might just randomly give one to him. Yes, this is the perfect society. No nations, no distinctions, no hate, malice, greed; just two planets full of brothers and sisters that feel nothing more than a natural pure love and dedication for their own kind. No wonder why Retcans and Evos got to forge such a powerful bond. They are the same in essence.
As for Haro? He's kind of grumpy, but he is always busy... that's why. He's a good boy despite the scary red eyes.

The last drawing was way off proportions and anatomy, so it needed a change.
