College Tips from a Smallish Dragon
Title can't be empty.

TOPIC: taking notes.
Note taking is essential to college survival.
Not only taking notes, but taking GOOD notes is very important (or so they have greatly overstressed in my Freshman Seminar class)... So, make sure that you select quality notes to take.
Notes from a radio or speaker might be alright, but the best quality notes are found in the band hall during practice, or wherever a singing club might be meeting. Be careful when going for the latter two though, as band directors and singers will not appreciate their notes being taken, so you'll have to be stealthy and quick.
Swoop and snatch. The trick to cleanly taking the note of your choice without bending it or pulling others with it (which could damage your note) is to grasp it firmly at the very bottom of your swoop and jerk it smartly clockwise and up to snap it free of notes around it.
Follow through. Finish the swoop by returning to the height you started from and moving quickly out of sight.

i love this way more than should be appropriate!
I've been meaning to do more of these ever since, actually... I just haven't managed to think of anything else and remember it long enough to get it on paper. XD
