Chapter 8: Meeting
After the talent show, life went back to normal. Or as normal as it got here. Except this time some of the teachers decided to head to Howl Lounge after hearing about it from the students. Even some of them like Damion and his group of friends were heading there as well. Cameron needed some convincing but in the end the female human agreed in the end.
Nicholas of course was waiting for Jayjay and her group of friends to come in. This time he was a little early, and surprise to see these new people come in. But most of all Carmon. "Oh?" the male asked. "So you finally decided to come here."
"Uh… yes," the female replied. "Aren't you the guy who bumped into me in the hallways at the academy?"
"Yeah. I don't think I've introduced myself. I'm Nicholas; I run the place here."
"Cameron." The two shook hands. "Uh… you mind me asking if you're human?"
"I once was," the male replied. The look on her face was a good one.
"T-then what are you exactly? I don't know how scared I should be…"
"A good question; for another time," Nicholas replied. "The truth is that now is not the time to share that. Especially with-"
"Nicholas!" went a familiar voice and the two looked up to see Jayjay's group. Cameron got really nervous but the guy got a big grin.
"Sorry Cameron but I have to go now. Seems the one I wanted to arrive has come. It was nice to meet you though. I know we'll see each other again." Nicholas walked off, leaving the female human.
Both him and Jayjay met in a hug. "I'm ready for fun today," she whispered. Both thought back to the kiss the male had done and blushed somewhat. Nicholas pulled back and could see this time the female wasn't wearing her long glove or leg wear. Instead her entire legs and arms were exposed. Somehow she was sexier than before.
"Wow…" Nicholas replied. "You look amazing right now."
Jayjay smiled and hugged the male again. "Thank you. Now shall we?"
Because it was a Saturday that meant it was time for another of those little dances held at the Lounge. Cameron didn't stay for it but Jayjay and her friends did. Right now she and Nicholas were in a corner with the female sitting on a bar stool. They were talking and watching the female's friends with his out on the floor. "So how about it?" the guy asked at one point, touching her right upper leg, the other arm going around her waist. "Shall we after this song?"
"I'd love to." Jayjay also liked the way Nicholas felt on her. They came onto the floor and the song was one she'd never heard of before but liked it. And felt it fit the situation between her and him. The rest of the time went by just fine. But next up would be more interesting.
