Was chatting with MoodyFerret about Star Trek stuff and eventually arrived at commissioning an absolutely and wonderfully done bit-O-art of Axle in his own version of a Star Trek "Klingon Defense Force" outfit.

"Today is a good day... to dook!"

Standard Klingon pants were too tight and meant for humanoid species with longer legs so Axle, being the captain of his own ship, got to set his own dress code.

That, and with all the outfit variations amongst Klingons, and other KDF species, if anyone has a problem with it, they can fight him over it! Be careful, he likes to keep his d'k tahg dagger and disruptor pistol in holsters under his vest.

If Orion women can walk around in bikinis as "uniforms", and Gorn only wear loincloths, then Axle can go with a "little less" as well. ^_^

This turned out so well, and I absolutely love it.

The detail and effort put into this is stunning! From the detail and effort put into the KDF cruiser class captain's chair, to the little bits like the rank pin on the collar and other little "lore-accurate" bits and pieces that make my inner Trek nerd squee with delight.
