This is Vulcane from Asterigos: Curse of the Stars.
In case you haven't noticed, she's a blacksmith fox-lady. I first saw her in some teaser footage from the game in question, and when I got proper screenshots of her, I had to draw her myself! She's not a main character, but she's sweet and apparently very fond of her craft and her coat, so that's a win for me!
