MPYF: January
I'm currently doing this thing on my Patreon where I assign a certain character to a month and do a detailed pic of them for the 1st of that month.
January was Percival, the planet maker of Pluto! Perci is a tiny planet maker *only about 4ft tall* who is timid and shy. Perci goes by "they/them" pronouns and their main abilities are that of ice. They can create a thick, almost impossible to break, shield of ice around their forearms. Percival is very overprotective of their planet and can get snappy at times.
