Isa is Jaime's aunt. She grew up with her older brother, the same snow leopard that raped Jaime's human mother. Isa and her brother were abused physically by their master, who had a terrible gambling debt and a bad temper. When Isa was raped by him, her brother was consumed by rage at all humans, and guilt that he couldn't protect her. Rhos offered to pay triple of their master's debt to pay for Isa, but refused to take her brother, sensing a darkness in him. When the hybrid freedom act passed, he continued to take care of Isa, while her brother was left to survive on his own and committed several acts of violence against humans. Even after finding his sister again, he continued these acts which landed him on death row. When she found out about the rape and Jaime's existence, Isa refused to see her brother again. She is currently in a long time relationship with a white tiger named Lex and a caracal named Sean.
