Job Search Tip 2: Make an Upload Resume

Essentially, you create a resume that is easy for the computer system to scan. Applicant tracking systems have a reputation for butchering applications during the upload process. It can save a tremendous amount of time and effort if you are applying to many jobs.
Here is a template you can use:
