I've been wanting to do a Bald Eagle fine-line for a while now. I just haven't gotten the right image in my head until recently, and I jumped on it.
I've been away taking care of my mom after she had major back/spine surgery, and this was the best way to deal with the stress of the hospital and such.
By the way, all that fluff and feather is his/her neck, not her/his entire head. The head is proportionate when you understand that part.
