Resend the dispatch email for any listed purchase using the Resend button

This means you can recover the exact software dispatch details again without needing to wait for manual support.

Recovery vs Deactivation (Common Confusion)

Use: Recovery if:

You’ve purchased software and need to retrieve it again
You can’t find the dispatch email
You forgot where the download link/key is
You want to re-send software delivery details

Use: Deactivation if:

You are reinstalling software
Your license says it’s already activated / tied to another machine
You have a licensing error that requires a reset/unlock

How to Recover Your Software in 2 Steps

Step 1: Request a Recovery Code

Click Recover
A recovery code will be emailed to you

Note: The recovery code is only valid for a short time. If it expires, simply request a new one.

Step 2: Enter the Recovery Code to View Your Past Purchases

Enter the recovery code you received by email
Click Recover again
If the recovery code is valid, you’ll see a list of your past digital software purchases (since 2026)

For each item, click Resend to re-send the original dispatch email for that purchase.

If you’re unsure:

If your goal is “show me what I bought and resend it” → Recovery.

If your goal is “my license won’t activate after reinstall” → Deactivation.
