OE5 locks up

Since about 3 days ago everytime i start Outlook express it locks up and doesnt load, everyonce in a while it will load though. Also it usually locks up more often if im connected to the net. Ive tried reinstalling it, it didnt do a damn thing. Anyone know how to fix this? thanx.
