Soundforge

My brother was using my computer to record a DJ set he was practising, I now have a .raw file of it, I need to know something. He wants to burn it to a CD as different tracks, but without ANY break, so it just flows smoothly and it's 100% nonstop. Like no silence at all. Do you guys know of any way to do this? I used Soundforge to record it but don't know how to split it into different tracks. I was hopefully going to burn it within Soundforge to a CD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Or, if noone knows would any of you happen to know a program that would do it?
