Need to undelete a profile...
I'm looking at a friends computer. Got him to log into it and all his stuff is gone, I looked around and his profile is missing. Pfft! gone!
The date/time on his current profile matches when I had him log in (I don't know his password). There's no other profiles on it. He'd given it to me cuz it had virus problems. I ask "geez, what kind of virus was it?". He doesn't know but said it just started acting wierd (like deleting your profile, etc?).
SO I was to try to undelete his profile, anyone ever use any undelete stuff? Undelete 3.0 by Executive Software (www.execsoft.com) sounds like it'll do it but there's no trial version with disk recovery. I'd rather not waste the $50+ if I can help it. Any suggestions are appreciated...
