XP Error

I almost always get this message in XP 'IRQ_DRIVER_LESS_NOT_EQUAL' (or something very similar. Anyone know what the problem may be? I've changed drivers and still no effect. None of my IRQ numbers are conflicting either. I made sure everything was in the right slot then did a low level format then started from scratch. It was going OK til this morning (I installed it last night, was playing CS for hours and it didnt crash once) but now it's crashing a lot.

I have a Gigabyte GA-7VA (VIA KT400 Chipset)
AMD Athlon 2000+
512mb Kingston pc2100 ram
SBlive! Platinum
Leadtek Ti4200 8xAGP w/128mb ram (A280 Le TD)

I'm stumped. Any ideas?
