1 Duplicate your base 3 times. Set 1st duplicate to screen 100% next put to screen 50% For 3rd use Image > Adjustments > Desaturate and set to soft light 100%. Don't forget to use Sharp tool to make a icon clear.
2 Layer > New adjustment layer > Gradient Map. Use black and white gradient and set it to screen 50%
3 Use this texture (by unknown) and set to soft light 100%
4 Layer > New adjustment layer > Curves
