Early Merchandise Available: Shop tour merchandise in the Club Lounge before the show. Access to shop at the Club Lounge (Caledonia St.) is from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. No event ticket is required to shop early merch. After doors open, merchandise will be available at the Club Lounge and Gate 1 for all ticket holders.

- GA Floor Patrons: Please proceed to GATE 2 at SOFMC to have your GA Floor wristband put on. Wristbanding will be required for all GA Floor ticket holders.
- Added Security, Arrive Early: Please arrive at the venue early to ensure you have enough time to go through the security process, including pat-down or security wanding and bag checks. Patrons may refuse inspection, and if so, arena management may refuse entry.
- Live sports, concerts, and events may include loud music and high noise levels. To ensure safety and hearing protection, we strongly advise all attendees to bring earplugs or earmuffs, particularly for children under the age of 5.

Reminder: SOFMC has a no-entry policy. Once you leave the building during an event, you are not permitted to return.

Cashless: We are cashless (Effective January 2024). GSL-managed venues and companies no longer accept cash payments. Debit, credit card, gift card, and mobile tap only
- Event Parking is limited. We encourage carpooling, using public transit, or other methods of transportation to and from the venue.
- Lion’s Den Restaurant will be closed for this event.
- Guest Services: The Guest Services desk is located on the main concourse near Gate 1. Guest Services can assist you with lost persons, seating issues, and general questions. A Guest Services staff member will be available from when the doors open until half an hour after the conclusion of an event.

- Will Call: We advise all patrons to pick up tickets in advance. Photo I.D. is required. The Select Your Tickets box office is located near Gate #1 at Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.
