This is perhaps not my day.
There is something of a weather issue going on outside. In other, more alarming news:
My laptop shut down suddenly last night and when I went to turn it back on, this was the message I got:
Intel UNDI, PXE-2.0 (build 082)
Copyright (C) 1997-2000 Intel Corporation
For Realtek RTL8139(X) 181301810X PCI Fast Ethernet Controller v2.13(020326)
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE ROM
The last two lines go away and repeat until I just turn the machine off.
Does anyone recognize what is wrong here? Is there a way to fix it? It should still be under warranty to Best Buy, but I won't be able to get there until late tonight or tomorrow and hey, there's supposed to be snow all night. I may require a mental health day.
