SmartBear TestExecute

TestExecute is an utility that allows testers to run TestComplete’s automated tests and view test results on computers that don't have TestComplete installed.

TestExecute supports all TestComplete automated tests (keyword-driven tests, test scripts, unit tests and many others) and provides the same automated testing functionality.
