How does it work?
SmartAdmin is comprising of two platforms, namely, mobile app and web-based app. The web-based app serves as an administration platform, where administrators register companies or institutions. The platform then enables them to create dynamic electron forms and to upload or advertise jobs on the smart job portal. The mobile app is used by applicants to complete administrative tasks. It provides a smart and interactive way of application.

Chatbot:
Chatbot is an artificial intelligence powered program. It conducts a conversation textual method. The program designed to convincingly simulate how a human would behave as a conversational partner, this makes the systems smart and interactive. SmartAdmin App Chatbot accepts a smart-code.
Smart-code
Every electronic form and job application have a four-digit reference code. And that code is called Smart-code. Instead of navigating in the app, you can save yourself sometime by going straight to Chatbot and enter the smart-code. Without the waste of time, the Chatbot will ask you questions linked to that code
E-cabinet
Uploading documents from your mobile phone can be tedious! To save you time, we’ve developed an e-cabinet, a drop-box like software where you can keep your important documents and attached documents from it.
