❄ i can't tell you when you'll get the cards tho because i am queen of procrastination and i'll be doing a lot of flying around. you might be getting a card from australia, japan, malaysia or singapore depending on when i send it out, and dates vary according to the local post office.

Thank you, tlist, for humoring my whim and fancy and submitting such wonderful art! I'm glad I held this contest, because I met new, nice people and connected again with old, equally-nice people. Tlist let me cuddle you and bury my face in your bosom~ In fact, some of the winners weren't even in my tlist in the first place :D

Finding Kriscasso 2.0 - the grand exhibition

The moment you've all been waiting for is here! We have invited 7 of our most talented artists for a one time only exhibition, and you're invited to the special preview!

The collection of artwork on display explores an evolution of style and innovation through a experiential journey of love and freedom, making it a must see for art appreciators. Now, shall we begin our guided tour by none other but Kriscasso himself?

We start off with a portrait of young love by funky funky curry kari. Ah, this certainly deserves to be pinned on a fridge.

Nintendo should really be looking into this design for pokemon #701 aka Bangtan's Rapmon 〜(￣▽￣〜)

Next, we have Kim yeolkd (wants Chanyeol's) D's beautiful interpretation of Chanyeol torn in a battle between good and evil. Such depth! ｡：ﾟ(｡ﾉω＼｡)ﾟ･｡

Nadfeiseu shows off her old roots with her futuristic Junho. Was that how Sci-fi looked like in the 80s?

Woominseok aka Kangarue decided to cross genres with her re-envisioning of the famous art piece "Lu Han is so whipped lol".

SEARCHING FOR THE NEXT KRISCASSO!

Everyone can draw. Don't say you can't. You've doodled in the margins of your notebooks. Your scrawled portrait of your family has been on the fridge at some point. Your teacher or mom or even the weird oppa-next-door has cooed over your drawings even though you coloured over the lines and painted the tree purple.

Now it's time to reach deep inside yourself and get in touch with true art. Make something that will bowl those pretentious critics over. How abstract! Mysterious! What are they on and where do I get some!

World renowned artist Kris (real name: Wu Yifan, also known as Kris the Man) has been blazing the art scene with his edgy and thought-provoking masterpieces. What better way to give tribute to one of the most promising artists in the 21st century art world than by channeling his influences into more art?

In short, this is a contest to see how well you can channel Kris the artist!

HOW?

If you choose to sign up,

♤ I will give a few themes/subjects.
♤ Choose one (or a few) and draw it as terribly as possible. (Be creative! Combine all prompts, interpret it however you want.)
♤ I will submit all your art as my portfolio to Harvard.
♤ ... What?
♤ Yeah, no I meant, I will chose the artwork that embodies Kriscasso the best!

GUIDELINES

♤ Use any medium you like (Paint, photoshop, actual real life wet paint, pencils, your momma's lipstick etc.)
♤ on any surface you like (chalkboards, scraps of paper, shave it into the side of your brother's head etc.)
♤ Most importantly, I'm here to find BAD ART. That means I welcome things that'll make us scratch our heads, snort milk through our nose, wonder about the sanity of the artist.
♤ Once you're done, take a photo/save it, attach it in an email and send it off to me!

eg. Replicate your favourite picture of oppa. Now draw a bow on oppa's head.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Winner(s) will get an actual prize from me, shipped to them. I don't know what it'll be, but anyone who has received letters from me has a good idea of what I usually send.

There might be multiple winners! Who knows? It all depends on how great (bad) the artworks are.
