SlideDog allows you to create presentations using any type of media, both on- and off-line. The program is versatile enough to allow you to run a PowerPoint slideshow and add online videos from YouTube, an entire webpage, and so on, thus creating a playlist that suits your needs. Interestingly, you can also add interactive content, such as polls, chat and feedback questions. This will allow you to interact with your audience in real time, even if you are not in the same room. Of course, you can also add offline content by using files stored on your system.

All this sounds pretty good. Nevertheless, to use many of the most useful functions, such as using online content, you need to upgrade to the Pro version. It is true that you can use the Pro features in the free version, but you can do so for only 15 minutes at a time, which can be very annoying and time-consuming. Nevertheless, if you find the program useful, you can go Pro by paying the corresponding monthly or annual fee, which is not very affordable. Thus, the cost is one of the program’s drawbacks.
