every cloud will have a piece of info related to me idk if ill clarify this but ill put a big fat piece of text on the clouds and stuff so make sure to chec it outyt!!1!!!!

Also if ur wondering how i did the clouds i drew them on ibis paint x and made the background transparent. For the tiny fluffy rotating parts, i drew tiny semi-transparent clouds and then rotated them inside the big cloud but made it slightly poking out (to spin them, just press on the "Fun" category when u selected the tiny cloud, if ur gonna add text ontop of the big cloud then make sure the tiny spinning clouds are behind the text). Make sure you dont add too many tiny clouds otherwise its gonna be laggy as hell on mobile (not sure about PC, i have a gaming PC so it handles it pretty well)
