Prior to joining IIT, I worked as a Research Engineer in GE Vernova Advance Research Center, Niskayuna, as a Postdoctoral Associate in Precision Motion Control Lab at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. I got my PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT (Jan 2023). Prior to that, I worked as an Assistant Manager in Power Electronics R&D team in Exicom Power Solutions, Gurgaon. I have an M.Tech. in Power System from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (June 2014) and B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra (June 2012). My research interests are Bearingless motors, Electromagnetic  design of actuators and machines and Mechatronics.
